Kimon’s maternal grandfather, Pappous Michalis, was closely connected to Greek agriculture — to wheat, vines, water and olive groves.
He attended American Farm School in Thessaloniki where he graduated with merit in 1932. He was later recognised for his vital contribution to Greek agriculture with an award in December 1986.
K honours that history not by claiming a business or estate passed down, but by carrying forward its values: respect for land, nourishment, care and responsibility.
It begins there — with the belief that land, treated with respect, gives something worth bringing to the table.
